For Service of Process Inquiries
As an ocean carrier servicing many customers' needs within the coastwise trade of the United States, Horizon Lines is licensed to do business in a number of states and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Horizon has appointed CT Corporation, and its affiliates, as its agents for service of process in each of these states, Puerto Rico and all federal judicial districts within these states and Puerto Rico.
